What Are AI Credits?

Hire Mia utilizes AI Credits for the automatic generation of new documents and for making revisions. No credits are consumed when you use the editor to make manual edits, or create new documents.

What Activities Use AI Credits?

One AI credit is deducted from your total each time one of the following activities takes place:

Document Creation by AI: Each time Mia generates a new document on your behalf, one AI Credit is used.
Document Edits by AI: Each time Mia makes a revision (or edits) an existing document on your behalf, one AI Credit is used.

Note: When Mia creates a new document, she will also create that document's first revision. This only results in the use of only one AI Credit.

What Doesn't Use AI Credits?

You won't use any AI Credits for these activities:

Manual Edits by User: Making changes manually in the editor does not cost any credits.
Word Count: There are no limits to the number of words Mia can generate for you. The creation and revision of documents by Mia are the only activities that use credits.
Document Creation by User: You can create as many documents as you like manually without spending credits.

Do my credits carry over each month?

Short answer, no. Hire Mia credits are designed to expire and renew on a monthly basis. Should you have unused credits at the end of the month, they will expire, mirroring the cyclical nature of marketing targets and initiatives.

When do my AI Credits renew?

AI Writing Credits renew monthly on the anniversary of your subscription. If you purchased on the 1st of the month, your credits will renew on the first of the month.

Can I purchase additional AI Credits?

Should you or your team require more credits, additional AI credits can be purchased. These AI credit packs add an additional 1,000 credits to the overall team pool, ensuring that your team never runs out of the resources needed to keep your marketing efforts flowing.

How do credits work for teams?

For teams, credits are shared among all members. Each user seat included in your paid plan comes with a set number of credits, which are pooled together for the team to use. For instance, if your plan provides 250 credits per team member and you have two team members, your team can use a combined total of 500 credits each month, as needed.

What payment types do you accept?

Credit card, bank account, Apple Pay (in Safari browser), and Google Pay (in Chrome browser) payments are accepted.

Do you offer any other discounts on Hire Mia subscriptions?

Yes. Customers that purchase annual plans receive a discount on Hire Mia at time of purchase.

What is an onboarding workshop?

Business Plans include a one-time 90 minute onboarding workshop with a Hire Mia expert. Your Onboarding Strategist will help you set up your brand profiles, create custom prompts, and help you outline a plan to roll out Hire Mia to your team.

Can I add more brand profiles to my plan?

Pro Plans include 5 Brand Profiles and Business Plans include 15 brand profiles. If you need additional brand profiles for your business, please contact Sales to build a custom plan for your team.
